I had a natural gas line run for converting my electric range to gas. I called and spoke to John for an estimate and got an appointment for the next day. His brother Johnny came out and was very professional and had great communication. He made sure things were as I wanted them to be and that I was happy with the work. **** from Complete Water Removal & Restoration was initially responsive and did a good job on the actual work. Unfortunately, dealing with him since then has been a nightmare. I'm currently out more than $20K for a job that he assured me would be completely covered by insurance. He is blaming the insurance company but has refused to get on a call with me and them, instead pointing me to a third party that will take a cut of any proceeds it recovers. We had an emergency water damage to both floors of our home. John and his group came immediately and put us at ease with their knowledge and care for us and our home. The completed job was way beyond our expectations and we recommend them for everyone that has water damage to their home.
