I knew my eyes were getting bad but because of the extensive exam I found out how bad. The staff are very professional but so people friendly. We problem solved together as to the best treatment. My questions were answered so I could understand exactly what needed to be done. I couldn't have asked for better treatment. Thank you everyone.
So I got a call last week to get my new glasses and I was so excited. That excitement died when I realized I couldn't drive with my new glasses. So back I went to tell them something wasn't right. So they did some checking and the lens weren't right so new lens had to be made. Not a big deal I could see fine out of my old glasses and it just meant I had to wait again. I only have the utmost regard and highest praise for the staff of Complete Vision Center. Everyone is always so polite, the office is professional, and their service is fast. Walking in, Morgan knew me and my son by name. She has always been great about answering all of my questions. Mike is phenomenal! He is the go-to guy every time I've needed glasses replaced.
