They told us it would take 60–90 minutes for them to arrive, but they didn't keep their word—they were late, and my driver just waste time waiting for them. This shows they have terrible service; they don't take responsibility for their words or actions.

Rude, incompetent service techs who are lazy & will have you sit for weeks for seemingly no apparent reason, slow slow SLOW & then won't even help/resolve your issue in the end. If you dont want to lose a week before having to go somewhere else, id avoid this place

I want to clarify what happened with our roadside service call. We were quoted $499 for the tire, in addition to the separate callout fee, $131/hour labor with a 2-hour minimum, and $1.75/mile mileage charge. I simply asked Lukas if he could do a little better on the $499 tire price because the tire itself appeared to be available for around $259. He told me no because it was after hours. Best repair service and customer service around! On two different occasions I’ve been to this shop for repairs and both times were exceptional! I had an air leak on my truck that was hard to diagnose or find and they worked at it until they got it resolved! Great service in my opinion! Highly recommend!!
