TERRIBLE business to work with. I ordered a chase rack for my F150 truck, I received only one piece of the order. I called them apparently I did not notice that I was buying only a section of the chase rack. It is misleading the way they have it advertised. Totally scam bad service, long waiting time and finally recived not what orginally ordered. Highly not recommended.
I bought a K&N filter for my Bronco and check engine light came on, costumer service send me to talk directly with manufacturers. I have already few months trying to get some solutions.
Do not buy from them. After waiting 3months I still have not yet received my order and they have not give me back a refund or even answer .these guys are jokers.
The owner Andrew Zurick , took two weeks to respond after a 400 dollar purchase had no tracking number or email notification of it being out of stock! After 5 weeks gave complete attitude because I started a claim after I had called there “ supposed “ company phone number and no one picked up either week when I called about the order. Worst service ever and not to be trusted. Buy at your own risk!!!!!

This company seems to simply be a drop shipping company with little or none of their own held stock. I ordered a pair of brake pads from them, they arrived, and I realized they weren’t the proper pads for my application (not their fault). I never opened the box, requested an RMA to return the product, waited almost a week, no response (they claim a 24-48 hr response time). Do not do not do not do not do not do not do not do not please do not purchase anything from them. It’s been almost a week and my package has still not been shipped out and when I emailed them about it they don’t want to respond. Take your money and business somewhere else please. PLEASE. If I could rate them a -5 stars I definitely would
