Wow, Just received a collection letter for an amount I didn't even know I owed. My last appointment with this office was well over a year ago and the first notice I get from them they are threatening to report me and turn my account over to collections for a $25 balance! I guess it shouldn't surprise me as my experience was horrible and the work that was done was rushed and incomplete. I had to have it redone and finished by my new dentist. Glad I made the change.
