Wife received bad treatment there and came out with a lot of pain for weeks (still feels some pain). Then they sent a really shady questionable statement saying "Mountain view" with no full name, no logo, and no website. I had to Google their address to see if this was a scam or not. If this was a taco truck or a small mobile mechanic that just started I get it. But this is a dental clinic sending a "statement" to collect payment. Please do better and show more professionalism. I’ve had a great experience with this dental office! The entire staff is so friendly, welcoming, and professional. They always make me feel comfortable from the moment I walk in. Scheduling appointments is quick and easy, and they’re very accommodating when it comes to finding a time that works for me. The office is clean, organized, and runs on time, which I really appreciate. The dentists and hygienists take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I’m comfortable throughout my visit. Complete Smiles is amazing! The front desk staff are super helpful in scheduling, checking-in, and handling insurance and payments. Lisa spent over 20 minutes on the phone with my insurance figuring out all of my benefits and the coverage I get which shows an incredible attention to detail and how much they want to make this process as easy as possible.
