Schedule an appointment and called twice their answer machine trying to make an appointment with them for the first time; they never ever contacted me back!. Contacted them again after 4 weeks and finally I spoke with "Angela". Made an appointment again but unfortunately I missed that day; Tried to reschedule and they denied it!!! staying that they do not have any for the next 2 Saturdays. Those people are not professionals with any ethics, this is discrimination!!!.
Complete Smiles has by far gone over my expectation from the moment I walked in. Dr. Yi and her staff has been nothiing, but great. I have always associated going to the dentist with being in pain. Honestly, I came to Dr. Yi, and she has been the most gentle dentist I have ever been through. She definitely takes the time to ensure that I am always comfortable. I have been seeing her for more than 6 years, with mostly regular cleanings, fillings and crowns from time to time until last year. In early this year, I suddenly started to have serious dental issues with molar on left side and gum problem on right side at the same time. She diagnosed me and sent me to a specialist. I have been going through root canal (from Dr. Katherine Yi), gum surgeries, molar extraction, bone grafts, tissue grafts and implant (from the specialist) to fix my dental problems so far. Dr. Katherine has been my dentist for years. Never have I been to a better, more caring dentist. Her gentle and delicate treatment skills made me very much at ease during cleanings or fillings everytime. I have never been scared of her dental work. Her and her staff's warm smiles made me even more comfortable. I'm so satisfied with her professionalism and I definately want to continue to see Dr. Katherine for several more years.
I have gone to quite a few dentists and this place is by far the worst. I had to find a new dentist when I got a new job and my insurance company changed and they were nearby so I went to them. I had already had an exam, cleaning, and x-rays done 3 weeks before by my old dentist, and when I called to set up my appointment I told them that I had up-to-date x-rays and a print out of the teeth that needed fillings and informed them that the exam and cleaning had just been done and that I wanted to make sure that I would not be ... read more
