A few months ago I was referred by my dentist for a sleep test. I have a high deductible and Complete was able to bill my insurance while keeping my out of pocket low. Even though they were not part of my insurance network, it was cheaper to test with them. I referred quite a few family members to them as it easier to test in your own bed with their equipment.

Rip off! Dishonest and essentially stealing patients money. Verified insurance Tricare. Gave a code that Tricare accepted, yet, apparently these folks didn't even legally apply to be providers IN or OUT of network. They had us sign a wrongful form, agreeing IF insurance didn't pay, we would. Now claim has been denied. Threatening letters, with blatant wrongful info in them saying my insurance paid, but applied to out of pocket. Wrong. Not very good at communicating with customers about billing questions, and believe me, they cause a LOT of billing questions. But I will give them that the sleep test they do is useful and very easy to do, and very cost-friendly to me as a patient. Its when they start getting to the apnea devices that the problems start.
