SNOBS – A revolving door of employees, I can never get the same person twice. I found the owner to be a snob; I guess she thought that since I am not from the Springhill area I couldn't afford her services. The equipment is old and doesn't seem to be maintained properly, as the dermabrasion machine makes a terrible noise. Won't waste my hard earned money there ever again.
Best Facial – I have been looking all over Mobile for a good facial. After so much disappointment I finally found the place. The people are so nice. I was even offered a glass of wine. There was no pressure to buy anything. I was given samples for my skin type and a discount on future services. I will be back often. Krista is the best.
terrible people – i agree with angrygal...i had a friend who worked there years ago and she told me crazy things about the owners. They completely mistreat their employees and have had numerous lawsuites out against them. Their house is always in forclosure yet the owner drives a mecedes. The owner will lie to your face like a snake just to sell you something. I can gaurentee the only good comments on here about them, they wrote themselves. Horrid people – I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place . They are rude on the phone and don't have a clue to what they are doing.. Since their manager left no one has any knowledge to what is going on. They go through employees like water. The owner, if there is one, is never there to help. There are never any products in stock when you need them. If I were you I would go elsewhere to have a service done.
I Love This Place – First thing is that everyone's so nice here. Catherine explained the process over the phone before I made my appointment. I travel a lot throughout the southeast & am always looking for the best in skin care. I found it here! Fantastic Results – I was on a business trip from So. Florida when I checked out Complete Skincare and was thrilled! I needed a real change & they suggested the VIP Peel. Wow!! It turned out to be fantastic. My face looks fresher, with smaller pores and a more even skin tone. They recommended a microdermabrasion treatment a week later, but I had to go back home. Excellent Facials and Massages!!! Super Friendly Staff! – I had oily skin and bit of an acne problem. I came in to get a facial and they did an amazing job! They cleared out everything in my pores and really made my face glow. They recommended the obaji system for me to use daily and I have been using it ever since and now I have no problems with acne. Hair removal does not work! – I was excited to use the hair removal service, but was very disappointed after going to my appointments for 1 1/2 years to find out that it was a waste of my time. I threw away $500! It did not work AT ALL!! Do not waste your money! The staff was friendly, but that is the only positive thing I experienced.
