My advice is ..... don't bother with this mob. You can't ring them, and talk to anyone, and when you leave a chat message with their AI dude on their website, nobody bothers to get back to you. You can't complain about the service though, because there is none!
Wish I could do O star review!!! I have contacted them 5-6 times through the chat on their website for over 2 months now as well as trying to call directly 2-3 times a week but to no avail. The chat person has escalated to complaints department twice and still no contact. The phone number on their website goes straight to message bank and no option to leave a message. They obviously don’t need or want the business, so do yourself a favour and take your money elsewhere as I am now doing as they are just a waste of your time. ... read more
Complete RV in Jamisontown with Mark and Josh are extremely knowledgable, great guys who are friendly and willing to help with anything RV related. The attention to detail was incredible and I will be back again next time.
Rang multiple times, online chatted and passed on my information but still no joy. I can only guess they are good at what they do and are too busy because of it.
