We had leaks over windows in three different areas of our home. We'd had 2 other roofing companies come out, who told us the roof had to be replaced - even though it looks in great condition. Matt came out, got up on the roof and investigated what was going on. For the most part, our roof is in good condition. He cleaned off our leaf filters on the gutters and there were a couple of areas he did some additional caulking - but that's it! We've had a couple of good rains and no leaks.
