I had a flood in my kitchen in February due to a broken pipe. I had two different restoration companies come to my home. I selected complete restoration because the owner, Jon was specific and informative on what needed to be done. Jon gave me realistic timelines. This winter Flowers by Ray and Sharon endured a frozen, then busted, water pipe and consequently water damage. Complete Restoration was here the next day, assessing the situation and devising a plan of action. Within a day or two all damaged areas had been dealt with properly. Bonus, their staff was professional and kind during this processes - allowing us to continue doing business while they worked. The get an A+ from us! Good job!

We highly recommend Jon and his crew for mold remediation! They used proper containment, mold removal and sanitation methods that made us feel safe during the process. They answered all of our questions and were wonderful to work with!
