While traveling this fall, a water main broke in the basement. Water was 3.5' high with many keepsakes, 25 totes full of art my children had crafted since kindergarten, clothes, antiquarian books, bikes, etcetera. Having used Complete Restoration in the past, I called again. It was 8:00pm and I was 3000 miles away and couldn't determine what was ruined or salvageable.
