AC leak. Day 2. The request was expedited on Friday. Call received from the technician on 7/6 wasn't able to make, Understand. He informed me that he would be here today Sunday, 7/7 @ 10 a.m. It is now 2:39 in the afternoon, no call, no show. Atleast return a call. If there's a way to give a 0 rating that's what it would be.
I made an appointment a week in advance with this company and on the day of the appointment the guy called but was a no show after I had taken off work and waited all day. He promised he would be at my home at 9:00am the next day. Again, a no show, given the run around two days in a row. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with, don’t know how they are still in business.
Horrible customer service. CRS went to my rental property on Thursday on a home warranty call. It’s now Monday and still diagnosis submitted to my warranty company, I’ve left three messages and the warranty company has left two. No response.
DO NOT. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!! 1 star rating is too high! American Home Shield sent this company to diagnose my AC unit. The initial diagnosis was that there was a leak in my evaporator coil and I needed a new one. I ended up getting a second opinion and that was NOT the issue. There was a leak but not where they said it was. The part that was being ordered was not needed. When I asked them how the leak test was performed, they could not respond.
