Owners Beware!! Tenants Beware!! The owner of Complete Rental Management (CRM) - Stephanie Pena - lives in West Virginia NOT Pueblo. CRM hobbles along with 2 part time employees with little property management experience. The employees have no authority to get anything done. A friend has been renting from them for a while. She has had no issues living in her current rental other than delayed repairs. Never has had complaints about herself, her family or her animals. She gave the rental company a letter from a physician stating to allow her dog in 2019 for her DISABLED DAUGHTER and then again in 2020 for health problems for herself, but Connie claimed they never received said letter for 2020 and now fined her for unauthorized pets and demanded dogs be removed, in which Connie provided her a 3-day... read more
Been living in our property for 3 years....worst company ever never returns calls never answers phone,but are quick to give you a violation if your weeds are long! I know the owner of our property is fed up with them just as much as the tenants. DONT NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE HORRIBLE
