“Hello! I hope this message finds you well.! The reason for this message is our garage door won’t open and we recently had maintenance come out to fix it, however, the garage door was practically left hanging. Maintenance left without communicating whether they were able to fix it (obviously not) or when they would be coming back to actually fix it. The garage is part of the rental agreement, so we'd appreciate if someone can come ACTUALLY fix the garage door so we aren't just aimlessly paying for something we can't even use... read more
No issues has been resolved I’ve only been compensated for traps this whole apartment block needs to be shut down there’s cracks in the foundations, mice running rampant, leaks everywhere, no coax cables for any modern internet.. mark still refuses to call me back and I’ve lived here for a month tops. Update: April 4th 2025 found yet another mouse in my cabinet and still haven’t heard back from Mark about any remedies. Update may 16th: mold issues are now occurring aswell in the bathroom. We are treating it also on our own u... read more
