Dear Complete Realty, Thank you so much for getting us the new refrigerator. Especially Mark and Co. for hauling both very heavy appliances in and out in 90 degree heat. Always going the extra mile to help out your tenants. Thank you guys so much.
This company is ridiculous! They do not keep up with maintenance . EVERYTHING takes weeks even though it’s an urgent matter. The parking lots have HUGE POTHOLES and they refuse to fix them. They do not attend to the building conditions. So many complaints and nothing ever gets done. This company is STRAIGHT trash.
This company's response to someone complaining about a condition of a rental unit that was impacting their health was to terminate their lease. Unprofessional and unjust at the least. I would rather give them a negative 10 than any star at all.
