I have lived in many different places and have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. If I needed maintenance done to my rental house it would take a month to 2 months for someone to come out and when they did, they were stoned out of their mind and wouldn't actually fix anything. They would come with half the tools they needed and would say they'd come back with the rest, but never did. Wow. This is such a terrible company to work with. You put in a request to get stuff fixed and they dont come out. My porch is falling apart. A liability is someone falls especially my pregnant self. And still two weeks. And no one has came out. Service and maintenance is terrible. The guys do half ass job. Not credible at all!
