I just want to give credit where credit is absolutely due. Being in the title agency business, I've had my share of issues with various management companies. I have never had such a cooperative response from a company than I had from Robin when I needed help accessing information so that we could cancel an expired permit in the City of West Palm. She is truly a gem of an employee and human being. Her company deserves credit for her competence and help.

Not sure why my HOA uses this company! No one answers the phone; no one calls you back when you leave (2) messages; you can't talk to anyone over there since the doors are locked; their website does not give you the information necessary or even let you register to pay the HOA!!!!!! Will be at the next HOA meeting to include a formal review on this and possible change!!!!!
Just Purchased a house managed by this community and I need to setup an appointment to register my cards to get in and it has been over a week no one returns my calls, if you are planning to purchase a house managed by this company run the other way.
These people are thieves. Proof of HOA payments do not matter to them...they bill whatever they like, threaten with attorney action, are not available or willing to meet on issues...never answer their phones.
