Was charged for a physical I never had and my insurance didn’t cover it. Because of them. They didn’t file on time and I’m stuck with the consequences. Charge for things no other doctors would. Invent charges out their butt.
If you have 1 extra hour and nothing to do, go here! Every visit I waited over 1 hour for doctor to come to the room. My time is valuable too. Also be careful, if you complain about anything on your annual you will be charged. I guess the annual is to just say hi to the doctor lol
I am a first time patient and the staff and Dr Rabin were very kind , helpful and efficient , Dr provided me a prompt analysis of my condition and suggested me of the next steps .
Please never use this office!!! An advice from a person who went through hell with this office. Starting from the way they treat their patients to the way they bill. It’s a scam only care about collecting money not the patient. Melisa and her supervisor were the nastiest people I have ever spoke to. Hung up on me and my husband twice and charged a copay and lab work for an annual visit even though it’s 100% covered by insurance. Went once but will never go again. I wish if I have an a option to choose a service in negative.
