We have NEVER had someone call about a leaking or cracking waterfall to be fixed and that is causing significant damage. We could not have been more pleased with Joe, Zoe and the rest of the Complete Pools staff. Our pool was put in several years ago and we absolutely love it. We have and will continue to recommend Complete Pools!
Have had Joe and his guys install a pool and hot tub area with arbor and pool deck area. Joe understands the customer wants simplicity and not a big hassle. By taking care of his customers he knows it will come back in spades. I recommend him without reservations.
I would highly recommend Complete Pool! Joe was great to work with and so helpful and patient through the whole process. He is always willing to accomodate and just gets the job done. We could not be happier with our pool! Zoe was also wonderful to work with, always there to help and answer any questions we might have. She even created a manual with pictures of our pool equipment which we can refer to as we are learning to take care of the pool. So helpful! Thank you Joe and Zoe!!!
Joe from Complete Pools has been the highlight of this entire house/pool building process. He does exactly what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, all for a very fair price. This may be the only time in my life that I have worked with a contractor where the final price ended up being less than what the bid was for! I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends.
I would definitly recommend Complete Pools! They built our first pool back in 2004. Last year we moved to a house without a pool. One of the first things we did was call Joe and Zoe and have them put us on the list. No need to look at other pool contractors as our previous experience with complete pools is all we needed to make the pool contractor selection. Joe is very easy to work with and he doesn't nickel and dime you every step of the way. Complete Pools definitly care about delivering a quality pool.
We are EXTREMELY happy with our pool, pond, outdoor kitchen, driveway, front entry feature and all the work done by Complete Pools. They are creative, easy to work with, professional and highly skilled. The work was done quickly, accurately and on time and within budget. They exceeded our expectations. Complete Pool and Concrete Const installed our pool and the deck surrounding it a couple of years ago. They suggested the addition of a low-lying stone wall along the length of one side of the pool,with 2 waterfalls embedded within the wall that,by our option,we can turn on or off to create waterfall action into the pool.
