I have been very patient with getting things resolved with this company and now I don't care and will leave a review. This company had an incident with one of their techs that came out to fix our Swamp Cooler. He ended smoking a cigarette on our roof while fixing it and the blower sucked all the air into our house and filled it with smoke. So unprofessional.
