I just began to use Complete Plumbing from a suggestion from our previous plumber . From the call to book a plumber thru Crystal to the plumber(s) showing up & completing the job(s), our experience was excellent . Julian was courteous & professional. I would recommend Complete Plumbing to anyone who is looking to have some plumbing done!
These guys are total pro's!!!!! I had a cracked kitchen drain that runs under my house through an almost inaccessible crawl space. I called Complete and they sent Julian that same day. He was knowledgeable and pinpointed the problem quickly. It was late in the day and they sent Kyle first thing the very next business day. Kyle got to work and fixed the problem and also helped clean up some of the collateral mess from the leak. This was not part of his job he went above and beyond. I first met Julian when he came to quote on a future kitchen renovation project. He accommodated my schedule and came early morning. I hadn’t anticipated starting the project so early but we decided to get it done. Complete Plumbing & Contracting were able to fit me in their schedule so that the project timeline was met. Julian did a terrific job for me and he cleaned up as he went along. He made sure that I was satisfied when the work was done and we discussed next steps. I look forward to working with Julian again.
Was open in the evening. Came out immediately(within an hour). Called us back after leaving a message pretty quickly and took on a job a number of other places would not. Kyle who was here and the staff spoken over the phone were friendly, helpful and accommodating.
Amazing service, awesome techs and the best rates! Thoroughly appreciate using this company! Kyle and Ethan did an excellent job getting us out of a mess with multiple major commercial flat roof leaks in a very timely manner during extremely cold weather conditions with obscured and completly frozen drain pipes. I can't believe they fixed the problem :)
