They have prompt response times and a knowledgeable capable person on the phone. The information prices I was given initially was the same after the job was finished. He communicated appropriately the plan and followed through as discussed. I called them into the mess if a backed up tub and toilet and they addressed all my issues without making me feel some type of way. I expected to do some clean up, but they even cleaned up the tub and toilet. 10/10 I highly recommend!

During my first call, I encountered a very unprofessional and rude representative on the phone.
Complete Plumbing has installed a Water Heater in the past (2021) and now it has gone bad. They helped us to have a technician and found that the water heater was bad and under warranty. They didn't cover labor under warranty and just covered the water heater. They charged 158 USD per hour for picking up the water heater from the store which is a major part of the installation charges. 1hr 40 minutes for pickup of water heater and total installation was 3 hrs and 45 minutes. Hard to know whether they’re good or not. The receptionist pretty much convinced us not to have them come do a quote and alluded to us finding someone else. Kind of an odd experience. Edit: Forgot to mention she hung up on me abruptly.
