I have been going to Complete Physical Therapy for years. Rehab on knees, backs and shoulders and each and every Physical Therspist and PA are Amazing Therapists and very caring. They care about you and a full Recovery from any injury or surgery. The best ever! Thank you Nick and all the staff. You are the best.
Complete Physical Therapy is hands down the most incompetent, disorganized, and unprofessional medical office we've ever dealt with. Transitioning my daughter to a new PT office should have been simple, but they turned it into a complete nightmare, for absolutely no reason other than their own ignorance and ego. They clearly have no clue that a signed release isn't even legally required when coordinating care with another provider. That's healthcare 101, but it's not my job to inform you of the law.
