Complete Physical Therapy is hands down the most incompetent, disorganized, and unprofessional medical office we've ever dealt with. Transitioning my daughter to a new PT office should have been simple, but they turned it into a complete nightmare, for absolutely no reason other than their own ignorance and ego. They clearly have no clue that a signed release isn't even legally required when coordinating care with another provider. That's healthcare 101, but it's not my job to inform you of the law. Megan is the best. I met with her for about 6 weeks and it was the most positive P.T. I have ever completed. Looked forward to each and every appointment.
I've seen Meagan for a couple months now and I want to say that she's AMAZING; I genuinely find her so inspiring. Prior to starting PT, I was very skeptical and didn't think I'd see any true progress - I am SO pleased to say that I was wrong.
