He could be a billion times nicer & definitely could & SHOULD answer the phone/return calls regarding appts. while this COVID 19 scare's going on. I know an older person with COPD who is driving there today not even knowing if the Dr will be in the office. Very unprofessional & saying screw my oath to 1st do no harm!
