I found out in July 2025 that a woman who works here is using my social security number to work. I have her name and told the office about it, the manager didn't call me back. I have since filed a police report with Oklahoma police department and reported fraud with social security and federal trade commission. This person has been earning money since 2022 til current 2025 , and probably still. This needs to stop or I will be making a road trip from Texas..

From my experience, the home health side of this company is poorly organized with weak communication and little accountability. Concerns were often dismissed instead of addressed, which created ongoing frustration for staff and families. The public image does not reflect the day-to-day reality I experienced. Proceed with caution.

After one of the drivers almost hit me while running a stop sign at 1:15 pm on choctaw road and S.E.15th street, the driver proceeds to brake check me over and over again. When I tried to go around they would speed up and start to move into my lane. I wouldn't trust this company to drive my family. They deserve no stars.

The only good I see in this company was the PT (Torie) contracted through them. Had total knee replacement and when I called about trying to get a nurse out to look at my incision and things that were going on. There comment was if it's concerning to go to the ER in which I did because they wouldn't send out a nurse during normal hours . So that's another bill I have to pay.
