Y’all will just hire anybody. The most disrespectful doctor’s office I have ever been to. I had my HIPPA completely violated, private health information openly and loudly discussed in front of other patients in the waiting room. I arrived early as requested, and there was a patient who had already been waiting over an hour. (Super unsure as to why they have you show up early, you wait an hour, which is insane. Update 7/7/2025 @ 8 PM: Still no call back. Update 7/3/2025: Thank you for your response. I left about 3 messages on the prescription line and 1 directly with the office front desk. Today, I’ve placed ANOTHER call and also sent a message through the online contact form. I don’t know what other steps to take to make contact with you guys regarding this. This communication through a Google review is the most I’ve spoken with anyone. Really difficult to get a hold of. The number for every location is a general 800 one. I’ve bee... read more

Disappointed because I really wanted this appointment, but the front desk staff has no clue what they're doing. I had to reschedule my first appointment because I needed a referral, which was told to me at the end of day, the day before my appointment. Okay, I rescheduled my appointment and got the referral.
