They are very difficult to reach by phone, ok if you like recorded messages, music, being put on hold before you have a chance to say a word and voicemail asking you to leave a message. If lucky you will get a callback at the end of the day. The doctor I had appointment with was not there but I was never told until I got called, paid and was in the room before I realized that I was only going to see a PA. They always change your appointment time without telling you. They don't even call you or notify the appointment change or confirm your appointment. It's so unprofessional. I always show up to my appointment on time or a little earlier then my appointment and i'm still waiting there for an hour and find out they changed my appointment time without notifying and telling me. its pretty messed up. They need to change their way and system.
