They are playing mind boggling games with their subscription policy. You can't even cancel it electronically using your web account. You have to email to them.... And then the games begin: be an endless back and forth emails they confuse crap out of you which all boils down to two choices (APPARENTLY): 1) you must order second time the products that you were not happy with the first time and pay for them in order to cancel your subscription without penalty, OR 2) you pay the penalty for canceling a subscription early.
