Kevin went above and beyond to help me, over multiple days, to solve my problem and ease my mind. Most places you cannot get a billing professional on the phone at all! Kevin gives 110% effort to help clients and should be recognized for his commitment to help them.
They should really get a ZERO! Okay, where do I start? My initial visit was an intake procedure. I arrived much earlier than needed to be sure I was on time and prepared, haha I was, they weren't! I waited past my start-up time before they called me back. The allotted 1 hour of asking me what seemed like redudant questions went passed our time.
