Great medical office I travel around Texas quite a bit, and my regular primary care physician in Dallas (I have a doctor in every Texas city) was not available until the next day, but I was getting pretty sick. This urgent care facility got me in quickly and without appointment. I got a shot of antibiotics for my strep throat, and I was feeling better the next day. Next time I am ill, I will check with Dr. Pugach's office first!
They made me wait for at least an hour and a half. The doctor was civil, nothing more, nothing less. An average medical clinic which is less than average when you add the wait time.
I had a bad case of poison ivy, so I needed to see a doctor quickly before it got any worse. I called in the morning so I would not have to wait - and I was done well before my lunch hour break was over. The whole visit was very painless ... except the shot :). Oh, and the doctor was very nice.
