Company is absolutely horrible had a technician come out to the house as a subcontract for epic property management the technician reassured us that the work completed was not our fault and was an accumulation of old tenantes he assured us this was not our issue and should not be responsible for the reapir 2 weeks later we got a bill saying that we are responsible for the repair so now we are stuck with a bill that is not our the technician does not remember what he did there is not structure to they’re company, we will neve... read more

The maintenance team is fantastic! They respond quickly to requests and always take care of issues in a timely and professional manner. Every experience has been smooth, and the staff are really friendly, reliable, and thorough. I usually ask way too much questions, but they always have time to answer.
