The maintenance team is fantastic! They respond quickly to requests and always take care of issues in a timely and professional manner. Every experience has been smooth, and the staff are really friendly, reliable, and thorough. I usually ask way too much questions, but they always have time to answer.
My AC went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer, and I thought I'd be waiting forever to get it fixed. But Complete Maintenance Services had someone at my place the same day I called! The technician was on time, professional, and had everything fixed super fast. Highly recommend if you want fast, quality service done right the first time!
The HVAC service provided by this company has been extremely poor. They appear to misrepresent or omit key service details, possibly in an attempt to avoid accountability. In my case, the air conditioning in my unit was not cooling properly. I was blamed for setting the fan to “on” instead of “auto,” but this explanation is misleading.
