The HVAC service provided by this company has been extremely poor. They appear to misrepresent or omit key service details, possibly in an attempt to avoid accountability. In my case, the air conditioning in my unit was not cooling properly. I was blamed for setting the fan to “on” instead of “auto,” but this explanation is misleading. I'm a renter and my furnace went out. My landlord had Complete Maintenance Services come in and replace the original unit that the house was built with. Huge job! They sent Demario to take care of us. He was the most efficient, polite, prompt technician I've ever had take care of anything! I couldn't be more pleased! Thank you Demario!
