I’ve had one of the most frustrating experiences with this office, mainly due to their poor billing practices and complete lack of communication. Back in August, I was overcharged for my copay and was told I’d receive a credit instead of a refund — which makes no sense. That alone shows a lack of attention to detail. I don’t usually write reviews, but our experience here was so disappointing that I felt compelled to warn others. My husband recently suffered a serious injury and was barely mobile, so we scheduled a telehealth visit. While we weren’t expecting much beyond a referral for imaging, the lack of support and follow-through from both the doctor and especially the office staff has been unacceptable.
