After seeing an ad in the local Shopper magazine for estate planning and trusts it dawned on me we hadn’t updated our own trusts in over 20 years. I gave Lisa a call and set up the appointment that week. After thumbing through our paperwork, she informed us we had an A- B type trust. I guess that’s how they wrote up trusts 20 years ago.
