If you dare to complain, the owner, Matt, starts harassing you through text message. One of the highlights from my exchange with him: "I don't need people who don't maintain their yards to expect miracles within a few weeks" Always has to have the last word. Rude. Argumentative. Work was also sub par. My lawn was mowed yesterday and it looks like it needs to be mowed again.

I would give zero stars if able. This is the text he sent me...”When I first quoted your yard I asked if the grass grew really long and you guys said no and that's a lie I would have never taken your yard on if I would have known it was that bad service is cancelled”... What? Who does not think that grass grows when it rains? Job was unsatisfactory from beginning, but thought since he was a vet, we would keep him on for the season.

Switch to complete lawn service last year. Liked that the owner was a veteran and price's are very reasonable. Much cheaper than my previous service and the quality is far better and very consistent each week. Owner is friendly and personable.
