I understand why the wait times are long but after waiting in the lobby for several hours, everyone who was before us left without being seen as they also had been there for a long while before we arrived. Why does Gibbons even have a private practice if everyone leaves without being seen? Just do the emergency room thing and forgo trying to see patients.
