These guys were great. This is not my first home inspection but it is with this company. I will never go anywhere else again. Tim and Nathan were great. As a home owner with very little knowledge on home maintenance, repair or construction, don't get me wrong I can change a door knob and cut grass but I'm not a contactor by an means. They explained everything to me and took the time to make sure I saw what I needed to and knew the basics of the issues found. Tim is a walking encyclopedia and Nathan is right there with him. Amazing expertise, polite, thorough, and made sure I understood everything. I feel he went above and beyond, taking his time with me throughout the house. I believe we spent close to 5 hours going throughout the entire inspection. I highly recommend him!

Had a very good experience with this inspector. He was very thorough and friendly and provided good explanations as to where certain issues may have arose from and how they might be addressed. Price was very good.
