I was very pleased with their service. The owner or lead was very thorough with explaining the services being performed and answered my questions. Also provided further guidance and advice. The technician that provided the service was also kind. Him and the lead communicated back and forth on the phone which did instill confidence that I was a priority. Very professional and fast reliable service. Courteous and knowledgeable tech - Taylor. Super Recently hired them to fix AC - short cycling. Right from identifying issue, sourcing parts to repair - keeping the customer up to date which was supernice. Overall impressed.
While mowing one night, I made an oopsie and bumped my old 1994 Lennox unit. A Freon leak sprung, and needless to say I was in trouble. I called David at 8:45pm and this man came out at 10:30pm, accessed the problem, fitted a new line, and had me back up and running before midnight. It was going to be a hot night without this service. His pricing was more than fair!! R-22 Freon is not cheap and he saved me quite a bill with his generous prices. Would recommend!
Failed to arrived to scheduled times, three times in a row and did not call to notify until the day after the appointment was missed
They are not responsive. Called many times and never got a call back. When they did answer, they rescheduled three different times. Had to go with someone else through my insurance.
