My main water supply broke on a Sunday, they got me a quote quickly and repaired it on Tuesday. Saved me a lot of headache, and were very kind and understanding.
We went in to see if they had a possible replacement part to fit our Goodman furnace. We were fully aware that they are a Carrier dealer. The woman that didn’t even bother to greet us was extremely rude and I will most definitely not ever give them my business. She wouldn’t even attempt to help us. I even looked up the possible Carrier replacement part and she said well Google doesn't know everything. At that point, I decided I would take my money elsewhere.

Called Complete for a system estimate after another company told us our unit was a total loss. They arrived promptly and began working up the estimate, but also took the extra step of verifying the other company’s diagnosis. Good thing they did. It turned out to be just a capacitor. The other company clearly thought they could take advantage of us being a multi-site business with operations based elsewhere.
