Great team of compassionate, caring people. They treat their clients like family and go the extra mile to ensure everyone is taken care of.
Complete Hospice is under new management and it shows. Brian and Beth not only care about their employees but really care about the community. They have an amazing staff that put their patients and families first and go out of their way to make everyone feel heard. You could go with a “chain” hospice but you won’t get the same personalized care that you would receive at Complete.
Complete Care does a great job caring for their patients. Their attention to detail ensures that the clinical, psychosocial and personal needs of each resident are met to the best of their ability. They go above and beyond for both the patients, and their families. They have a small and caring team with low case loads which leads to extra time available with each patient. I highly recommend Complete Hospice Care of Boise
The management is horrible and the turn over is high. One of their nurses is two faced and the other lacks empathy. Terrible experience!
