2/14/24 UPDATE: They are now showing this home for rent again!!! I warn the potential tenants if i see them…. Heres the photos…. Lol leasing agent countered with “glad you got your life together”. They don't answer the phone. They don't return calls. They will drag their feet every step of the way. Beware of Kristeena and Tramelle, specifically. Lazy, lazy creatures.
Owned by Robert Elder. Please do you research in this guy! Search public case files. You will find the Elder has filed evictions on at least 90 tenants that I have discovered thus far. Elder is known to rent to those that are destitute. As result, he bets on the fact that you will not have financial means to take him to court when he files the evictions (he is also an attorney) cost him next to nothing to file against you, and he wins! Ive been renting from complete home rentals for going on 9 years. They have been a blessing to our family when my husbands hours were cut. They worked with our payday payments and whenever we had maintenance issues there was only a couple of times when they couldnt come right out. I would recommend them for rentals. The only real issue was getting to know the staff and then they leave. They are the best..
