I have visited this business several times in the past. It’s a very friendly family owned business. The staff was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about everything. They have been at this location since they opened for about 18 years and the experience shows! I came in for some wound care and the employee spent more than 20 mins helping me get the right option for me. The customer service was very good. I purchased a New Walker from a different provider and took it to this place for assembly! I don’t put anything together! The Walker was assembled and I was very interested with all the helpful information that he provided.
5 stars on communication 5 stars on responsiveness of staff 100 stars to the associate Amir I had a hospital discharge and needed a manual wheelchair delivered ASAP. Great prices and delivery is set for next day! 10/10 recommend, and I will call on them again for future DME needs!
