If I could give 0 stars, I would have done that. After this “inspection” we have to invest 40k+ into just basic house repairs. Floor cracks, foundation problems, roof problems, siding that needed a complete replacement, house power made against the codes.. This is just a short list out of what was not indicated by the inspector. And now, 6 months after we bought the house - we still keep finding problems missed by these guys.. Stay away! They are not of any help!
Very thorough and took his time with inspection. Advised me on things that needed to addressed. Got inspection report back same day. Report was easy to read and understand. Great service!!
