Condensation in house, after items that appear to have been missed on inspection. The bath/whole house air circulation fan had been disconnected from intake for years. This issue was easy to see from the attic hatch. So based on the inspection report I assume no one ever looked in the attic. Second the outside furnace intake for fresh air was plugged with a wasps nest. The nest had obviously been there for a long time.
