Gene has always done a fantastic job at explaining everything and if he cant get into an area, he will tell me that might need to be addressed. He is honest and very thorough. He has inspected many properties for me and will use him every time!

Horrible experience. Gene is a good guy however he came to inspect my home and did not wait for me to get there. He did not inspect the attic or chimney area. After closing on the home I found 50 square feet of rotten wood and mold. Gene did not do his job. I understand it's hard to crawl in attics, but no way he could have missed it if he went up there and actually did his job. I would not recommend gene to anyone!
Honest, professional, and friendly. Very detailed and comprehensive report but easy to read! Very satisfied.
