The office staff truly has no clue what they’re doing. Your loved ones will not be taken care of here. Spoken to numerous Providers that are WILL NOT work with this company because they are terrible with their management and don’t ever respond. Nurses and therapist come whenever they want (or not at all) and not at a scheduled time then will say that you missed the visit then won’t reschedule.
