Great Company, very quick and extremely helpful. Everyone was friendly and Great customer service.
Currently in the process of some diy work in a home out of town and was needing something fairly quickly. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with helping me figure out what I needed and was able to get the parts on the same day.
STOP! Do not use this company. Complete was responsible for our HVAC installation on our new very expensive home built less than 3 years ago. We have had nothing but trouble from phantom noises, poor heating/cooling, and an improperly installed water heater. We were told that the noises were normal and part of any home. Agree that noises happen. However, when it prevents you from sleeping and is occuring all day and night, we disagree. Our new Carrier Gas Heater went out in the house on Christmas Day. We called the following morning at opening, the scheduling gal told us they would have someone call us right away and get us on the schedule same day since we were out of heat. I called twice that afternoon to find out why we hadn’t heard from anybody and she continued to say they would get back to us.
