Douglas has been our regular maintenance technician for the past few years. He is respectful in our home, extremely knowledgeable, and a great teacher to those that don’t understand how/why their HVAC is running how it is. I was contacted and scheduled for our semiannual HVAC servicing. On the scheduled date, Douglas arrived. He quickly and efficiently inspected and serviced our HVAC system.
