My parents use Complete Heating and Cooling, so I naturally do as well. Doug has been phenomenal. He installed my front camera, my thermostat, replaced parts on my furnace, performed maintenance on both my AC Unit and my furnace, and given me tips on how to clean the pipe for my furnace. I will eventually have to replace my system AND my hot water heater, but will do so with this company. I trust and appreciate Doug’s expertise, insight and friendliness.

I had a new air conditioner and furnace installed by Complete Heating and Cooling, both management and technicians did a superior job, getting parts quickly, installation was performed quickly with cleanup when completed. Then they took time to not only explain the system but how to get rebates for the work. For the few days prior to the installation they even gave us a loaner air conditioner. I give a shout out to Lou Anne and Edward for excellent efforts. They did everything they said they would do AND MORE.
