This is a small, locally owned HVAC company, which I believe allows them to offer more competitive pricing than larger operations. I’ve had friends and family deal with other HVAC companies that misdiagnosed issues or overcharged, and every one of them was relieved once they switched to this company. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and have years of hands-on experience. My parents use Complete Heating and Cooling, so I naturally do as well. Doug has been phenomenal. He installed my front camera, my thermostat, replaced parts on my furnace, performed maintenance on both my AC Unit and my furnace, and given me tips on how to clean the pipe for my furnace. I will eventually have to replace my system AND my hot water heater, but will do so with this company. I trust and appreciate Doug’s expertise, insight and friendliness.
