I must say that I have never been so disappointed in a company as I am with Complete Heat and Air. I needed a new 2.5 ton system for my home…my old one was 25 years old. I reached out to two different HVAC companies. 1) Complete Heat and Air and 2) General Air. They both were roughly the same price for their services, with minor differences in supplied equipment.
