Went there seeing my nurse practitioner that I’d previously been seeing at another clinic ( she’s great btw) but she recently brought in a nurse from the old clinic who had denied me my medication that I had been taking for years. Well she did again and it happened to be at one of the worst times in my life. Over the years I have seen a lot of NP and Doctors in this clinic. Some I felt was great and some I felt was not but I have learned also if you feel like something might not be right or you wasn’t informed of something ask questions or get second opinion. I don’t wanna list everyone’s name in case I forget someone also I don’t wanna leave out their great staff team.
Been going to this doctors office for years since I was a child and their service has seriously went down the drain, very disappointed the receptionists at the front desk are very rude people. They never answer the phone and when you leave a message they never call back you have to call multiple times and when you do get ahold of someone they act like you are bothering them. Last visit went to pick up paperwork for my son and the receptionist was so rude and hateful and yelled at me. Will be finding a new doctors office.
I love this place. Dr Brown has been our Dr for 20+ years and he is a great Dr.
