I absolutely love NP Brittany Washington, she’s THE BEST! The newest office staff when billing my insurance company this year (2026) has left a lot to be desired. I highly recommend that you never have a credit/debit or any type of Health Savings Equity card on file because the main billing department will automatically withdraw the balance you “owe” while they’re currently in the process of finding out why your insurance hasn’t processed the claim.
